The Lancaster Lebanon League is comprised of 26 schools from Lebanon and Lancaster Counties in South-Central Pennsylvania. Wilson High School and Governor Mifflin High School are Berks County schools that participate as associate members in rifle. The Lancaster Lebanon League and The Berks County Interscholastic Athletic Association have combined for for football.
