- Hempfield vs Manheim Central at McCaskey
- Lancaster Catholic vs Elizabethtown at Warwick
- Semifinals Tuesday, 4/23, matches at 4 pm
- Hempfield/Manheim Central winner at Cedar Crest (top AAA team)
- Lancaster Catholic/Elizabethtown winner at Pequea Valley (Section 3 champion)
- Finals Wednesday, 4/24 at Ephrata
