Host Manheim Central beat Conestoga Valley, also 3-2. Match winners were

- Lauren Huber and Brooke Kettler at 2nd doubles for Manheim Central 7-5, 7-5
- Jade Flores for at 1st singles Conestoga Valley, 6-0, 6-0
- Paula Valverde-Gomez at 2nd singles for Conestoga Valley, 7-6 (7-4), 6-2
- Brianna Mylin at 3rd singles for Manheim Central 6-1, 6-3
ELCO will travel to Manheim Township on Friday for the semifinals; Manheim Central travels to Lancaster Country Day.
