Sometimes the first opponent softball teams have to beat is mother nature. She still has not relented, but the 2025 LL League Softball playoffs, presented by Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster and sponsored by Lebanon Valley College, need to get started!
Dodging proms, weather and field availability while sticking to a set semifinal schedule, here’s what is known right now about the quarterfinals
- Lampeter-Strasburg at Northern Lebanon on Thursday, 5/8
- Donegal at Solanco on Friday, 5/9
- Lancaster Catholic will host a quarterfinal game
The semifinals are scheduled for Monday, May 12th at Ephrata and the finals for Wednesday, May 14th at Millersville University at 7 p.m. Tickets for all games are $7 each for all fans.
Section Champions
Today Warwick and Penn Manor play with the Section 1 Championship on the line and Octorara plays Annville-Cleona for the runner up spot in section 4.
If Warwick wins, they are Section 1 champs and will host the winner of Octorara/Annville-Cleona on Friday at 7 p.m. Lancaster Catholic will then host Penn Manor as Section 1 runner up on Saturday.
If Penn Manor wins, they are Section 1 champs and will host the winner of Octorara/Annville-Cleona on Thursday. Lancaster Catholic will then host Warwick as Section 1 runner up on Friday.
